Refund & Returns Policy

At WritingKEY, we are committed to delivering high-quality online educational services, including live classes, recorded sessions, assignments, assessments, and learning materials. Since our offerings are digital and service-based, this Refund & Returns Policy outlines the limited scenarios under which refunds may be considered.

  1. Nature of Services
  • All courses, assignments, and related academic services are delivered digitally and are non-tangible in nature.
  • Unlike physical products, there are no returns applicable once access to content or services has been provided.
  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a student is charged more than once for the same course/service.
  • Technical Issues: If payment is deducted but the student does not receive access to the enrolled course, and the issue cannot be resolved within 7 business days.
  • Course Cancellation by WritingKEY: If we are unable to deliver a course due to unforeseen circumstances.
  1. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Once live classes have begun or digital course materials (videos, PDFs, assignments) have been accessed.
  • If a student fails to attend live classes, submit assignments, or complete assessments.
  • If dissatisfaction is based on personal preferences, learning style, or expectations of specific results.
  • For any services already delivered (e.g., academic support, assignment guidance, doubt sessions).
  1. Refund Request Process
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@writingkey.uk within 3 calendar days of enrollment.
  • The request should include proof of payment and enrollment details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7 business days.
  1. No Returns Policy
  • As all services are digital and educational in nature, there is no “return” of products.
  • By enrolling in a course or assignment support program, students acknowledge and agree to this policy.
  1. Policy Flexibility
  • WritingKEY reserves the right to review cases individually and, in special situations, may provide course credits instead of a refund.
  • This ensures students have the opportunity to continue their learning with us, even if they cannot attend a particular course.
